Abstract

The growing awareness of the untapped female potential and leadership skills portends a revolutionary chance to the political scenes of Karnataka with many positive gains. Their involvement brings new insights and gender friendly policies into play and their ability to interact between the parties on networking brings about cooperation with social welfare goals. It is important because global development emphasis on meaningful participation of women in other leadership positions has resulted in real benefits to the democracies such as responsiveness to the needs of the citizens, party and ethnic unity, and sustainable future. Invincible inclusion of women in every facet of the political procedure is needed in the promotion of inclusive governance and a help towards a steady and successful society.
